Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room I stayed in was supposed to be 'superior' but felt more like a hairdresser's salon with constant noise and warmth due to no air conditioning. The room had maintenance issues like a big crack in the sink. While the staff were extremely helpful, the room quality was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a blend of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and offered a nice view of the Abbey as I had requested, but they lacked that wow factor and leaned more towards a Travelodge style decor with dated furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was decent with plenty of hot water. However, the room felt cramped due to the outdated decor, and the bed wasn't as cozy as I would have liked. The breakfast was average, prompting us to adjust the room temperature to a cooler setting immediately upon entering.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was bright and cheery with comfortable furnishings, although it faced the entrance which could be noisy with smokers. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, although a bit slow at times. The location was unbeatable, being right in the heart of Great Malvern near the priory. The dining experience was good overall, especially the buffet-style meals. The facilities were satisfactory for my needs.
